Nesting Session
Let's create a calm, cozy nest where you and your new little one can rest and recovery from birth.
Session includes 2.5 hours of in-person side-by-side guidance and support in creating a functional and calm space. You deserve to not feel overwhelmed with your environment as you focus on recovering from birth and caring for your newborn.

Pregnancy and Postpartum Mentorship
Find better health and wellness with personal support and guidance as you navigate pregnancy with one-on-one virtual visits together. As a birth doula, Master Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Health Coach, and mom to five, I have a passion to share encouragement and information with you, so you can feel your best during pregnancy and postpartum!
